Anne Kinzel, a policy specialist with a strong emphasis on healthcare and healthcare reform, has an extensive professional background, ranging from healthcare access and bioenergy to administrative law and civil procedure. Currently, Anne is an expert in policy research, providing counsel and advice to business, political, and civic leaders while continuously striving for improvement and high-quality service delivery to the public. Anne studied BA in Psychology at the University of California, Davis, JD in Law at San Joaquin College of Law, and obtained an MA in Title IX - Educational Equity at Iowa State University.

For over a decade, Anne has held multiple leadership positions in diverse fields, including former Chief Operating Officer, CenUSA Bioenergy & Assistant Dir.
