Lara Weeks is a highly-experienced designer with a deep passion for social impact. From her humble beginnings as a student of Advertising & Graphic Design at Columbus College of Art & Design, she has shared her expertise and creativity in a range of significant projects in her career. As a Partner & Art Director at FRINGE22 Studio, Lara's flair for design and the greater good has seen her work with clients such as ViacomCBS, We Make the Future race class narrative campaign, and The Women's Fund of Central Ohio. Her dedication to advocacy and inclusion is evident in her work as an Advisor for the Creative Babes' board, a member of the Midwest Muslim Student Association Board as the marketing lead, and an advocate for a more inclusive world. Prior to her entrepreneur journey, she worked as a Senior Web Designer at Lane Bryant and a Senior Graphic Designer at Precision New Media. Her experience and dedicated approach continue to inspire stronger and more empathetic communities.
