He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The University of Wolverhampton.

With a rich professional experience, John has held key roles in renowned organizations such as Novelis and Alcan.

He served as the VP & Chief Sustainability Officer at Novelis, where he played a crucial role in driving sustainability initiatives.

Prior to that, he held the position of VP HR, Communications & Corporate Affairs - Europe at Novelis, showcasing his diverse skill set.

John was also the VP Communications & Government Relations Europe at Alcan, highlighting his versatile expertise in communication and government relations.

Currently, he serves as a member of the sustainability advisory board, bringing his wealth of experience to contribute towards sustainable practices and decision-making.
