Being apart of Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue within the community of Burford for over 15 years has given me a unique prospective of how communities and prepare and recovery from incidents.Through the fire service, I have developed many skills and aptitudes that I’ve imbedded into my daily life and used to enhance my working capability.•	Competent Level one incident commander (up to four appliances) •	Experienced JESIP bronze commander•	Immediate Emergency Care: equips first responders with a higher level of medical skill meaning they can medically assist a patient until paramedics arrive and continue to assist the paramedic thereafter. •	Critical Incident Debriefer: a specific technique designed to assist others in dealing with the physical or psychological symptoms that are generally associated with traumatic exposure

During my three years with the OCC Fleet Transport, I was responsible for managing the daily tasks & challenges of scheduling over 30 routes and managing 47 employees.  As with all transport providers, there are many guidelines to adhere too, but with a matter of pride I endeavoured to ensure each route remained customer focused and met the needs of the vulnerable people using our transport.
