Perry Bertolas is a seasoned engineering leader with a broad range of experience in managing teams and driving solutions for complex technical problems. He has worked for well-known global and medium-sized high-volume product companies, including GE Healthcare, Hill-Rom/Welch Allyn/Mortara, Generac, DRS Technologies, Astronautics Corporation of America, Pentair Water, Magnetek, and Eaton DRS. He is skilled in new product introduction, process improvement, value engineering, budget and schedule management, program and project management, and department reorganization. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma professional and an expert in geometric dimension and tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance analysis. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
