Jolene Halzen is a strategic and accomplished nonprofit Operations Director who has excelled in identifying new drivers of revenue, implementing process improvements, increasing pay equity, and building collaboration to improve productivity. With extensive expertise in nonprofit management, organization change management, and education, Halzen holds a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management from New School University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Calvin University.
