He has served as a Lead - Quality Consulting and Management: ServiceNow at KPMG Global Services (KGS), Senior Associate at Cognizant, Quality Manager at SAP, Software Quality Analyst - BMC Remedy 7.X at Unisys, Product QA Engineer - eChalk at Right Decision Systems, and Consultant - Technical at AOL. Arpan has extensive expertise in Product Quality Management, ServiceNow Quality, Software Quality Assurance, Scrum Master, Project Management, Defect Management, and Service Delivery Management across various project methodologies.
