Taylor Valentine is an accomplished business leader with an extensive background in operational consulting, digital and social media, innovation, talent development, and early stage company growth acceleration. She holds a BS in Management and Leadership Studies from Bentley University.

With her strong belief in trust and confidence, curiosity, measured outcomes, and inspirational leadership, Taylor has made a positive impact in her various leadership roles. She has previously served as the Chief Learning and Invention Officer, Chief Invention Officer, and SVP of Social Media Strategy at Horizon Media, where she is currently the Chief Acceleration and Invention Officer. Before her work at Horizon, Taylor was a Managing Partner at Drop-Off Ventures and held various roles at J.W. Webb and Celerant Consulting.
