Erik Roraback is an accomplished academic with an impressive educational background. He earned a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in English and Liberal Arts and Sciences from Pomona College, where he graduated Cum Laude before pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford. Roraback has also studied at The University of Western Australia.
Roraback has held several academic positions, including Affiliate Associate Professor/Visiting Scholar at the English Department of the University of Washington, University Visiting Research Fellowship at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Winchester, Docent of English and American Literature, and Director of American Literature and Studies at Charles University in Prague. He has also served as a Visiting Professor at the Université de Provence (Aix-Marseille I).
