Throughout his career, Connolly has held various leadership positions in companies such as Intelligent Reach, Overmore Group, and Ve Interactive. With extensive experience in digital advertising and e-commerce, Connolly has driven commercial growth for multiple companies as he navigated complex and dynamic markets.

Before joining Intelligent Reach as their Commercial Director, Connolly was the Commercial Director of LolaGrove at Overmore Group, where he led the sales team to great success. Prior to that, he was Ve Interactive’s Director of Digital Advertising - EMEA, where he was responsible for the growth of the European business. Connolly was a Co-Founder and Director of adGENIE, where he helped to establish the company as one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in the UK.

In his early career, Connolly held key roles in businesses such as Shopzilla/Bizrate Europe, Morningstar, and Dennis Digital. At Shopzilla/Bizrate Europe, Connolly was the European Sales Director, where he worked to establish key partnerships throughout Europe. At Morningstar, he was the Head of Online Sales - Hemscott, and at Dennis, he was the Sales and Marketing Director - Dennis Digital.
