Rich Hurst is an experienced leader and coach with a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their goals. He studied Organizational Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary and has since worked with various organizations to improve talent, culture, and leadership development. He serves as a coach and mentor at Leighton Ford Ministries and has previously held positions as a consultant, director of leadership and staff development, and director of SAM.

Rich's unique approach to leadership is inspired by the sight of a herd of wild horses on a beach, as he believes that great leaders are like these "Wild Horses" who travel together with a common mission. He is committed to helping leaders become "wild" and unrestrained in their pursuit of success.
