I joined eBay at the beginning of 2008 as Chief Blogger to direct social media initiatives and launch “eBay Ink” (http://ebayinkblog.com), where I capture and share insights and perspective on our company and provide another conduit for corporate communications. 

Launched the ebayinkblog Twitter feed (http://twitter.com/ebayinkblog) in June, 2008 that allowed us to become the first Fortune 500 company to live-blog financial announcements and earnings’ calls via Twitter (which we have done for 12 consecutive quarters). 

In March, 2009 - introduced the first social media guidelines for corporate disclosure for both blogging and micro-blogging. 

Fall, 2010 - introduced our Social Media Corporate Compliance training for our global workforce.
