-  Created and implemented manager training curriculum, resulting in 3 direct reports managing staff for the first time.
-  Recruited hundreds of fellows across 3 tiers of leadership to build neighborhood teams in 21 ridings (districts), capable of turning out 1000 voters per riding in a snap election. Focused on relational, phonebank, and digital tactics.

Acting National Organizing Director

- Managed a region of nine targeted State House candidates and direct staff reports, overseeing all areas of campaigns including field, fundraising, paid comms, earned media, endorsements, and coalitions.
-  Coached campaigns to more than double previous fundraising and field records across the region, for $1.7 million total raised, 475,000 calls made, 70,000 doors knocked, 187,000 texts sent, and 46,000 total conversations.
-  Won one of only two State House flips statewide (HD 38), and improved margin in other top red-to-blue target (HD 39).
-  Increased Democratic turnout in priority districts, by 6% to 51% from 2016 and by 22% to 52% from 2018.

- As the campaign’s first in-state field hire, helped establish the organizing team’s footprint by screening resumes and interviewing dozens of potential organizers, while also searching for 3 field offices across Mid-Michigan.
-  Coached 4 first-time organizers to develop 25 core volunteer leaders, set up GOTV staging locations, and mobilize hundreds of voter contact volunteers.

- Managed social media, email solicitations, and electronic and print newsletter for grassroots foundation.
-  Coordinated crowdfunding campaign to raise over $25,000 in 4 weeks from small and large donors for youth program.
