Industry Domain Consulting Group - I directly manage a 400+ team of industry domain consultants/analysts working across 35+ clients in terms of  leadership development, business solutions, revenues, margins and utilization. We provide subject matter expertise in diverse areas from customer experience and store operations to trade promotions and supply chain. 2.	Practice/Service Line Consulting - I am also responsible for revenues from horizontal consulting services for Consumer BU (Analytics, Strategy, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure and Digital) especially around collaborative consulting offerings.3.	IP - drive workshops/pipeline/revenues for charter around (a) industry IPs like Promax Trade Promotion and CROAMIS/TOPS Airline Products (b) Horizontal IPs around CX, Analytics, Testing, Infra etc (c) 15+ Wipro Ventures investments (d) Holmes AI cognitive platform and (e) Topcoder crowdsouring platform4.	Innovation - Charter for Consumer BU Innovation Experience Showcase. We storyboard and demo over 30 current & next-gen industry-centric use cases/solutions for the 4 verticals in our technovation centers. Technologies used range from machine learning/AI to smart devices, human/machine interface, mobility and IoT.

I spent 12 years at Infosys with a continuing thread across the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. Highlights:1.	Leadership - Tier-2 Leader at Infosys (<150 people out of 150,000) and PMP from 2004-10. Chairman’s award for project excellence. One of the 12 contributors to the Leadership blog.2.	Progression – Promoted from Consultant to Sr. Consultant to Group Project Manager to Delivery Manager to Practice Manager in 10 years. 3.	Portfolio – last held the Retail/CPG/Logistics BU leader position for package solutions across Enterprise Functions (SCM/CRM/ERP/MDM). 650+ practitioners, 30+ clients, revenue plan of $50mn.4.	Scale – grew SCM practice to 54mn in revenues and 750+ practitioners in 2011 spread over 35 clients across functions (SCM Planning/Execution, S&P - Sourcing & Procurement and EAM - Enterprise Asset Management) and industry COTS packages 5. I joined Intelligroup Asia (now part of NTT Data) as Regional Manager responsible for ERP/Enterprise sales, pre-sales, account management and brand building. My focus was on mapping the enterprise services market in and around Bangalore and creating a qualified pipeline from scratch (20+ in 7 months).A key highlight was winning Intelligroup's first order in the region which was a consulting engagement for ERP transformation roadmap for a large publicly listed premium silk furnishings exporter.

Manager - Business Development

The Ports & Cargo (P&C) Group of CMC was focused on automation solutions for Container Terminals (MACH or MArine Container Handling solution) and Bulk/Break-bulk cargo ports (CALM or CArgo Logistics Management solution). It has been CMC's most successful foray internationally. CMC is now part of TCS. In 1997, I joined P&C from B-school campus reporting to the Business Head, responsible for new business development, alliances/partnerships, marketing support and bid management focused on India/APAC region.In 1998, CMC participated in (and eventually won) an international bid to automate a greenfield port in Johor Bahru, Malaysia (PTP - Port of Tanjung Pelepas). I was the bid manager in a process that ran for 5 rounds and 12 months.in 1999, I moved onsite to Johor Bahru, Malaysia post winning the bid to take up the role of Deputy Program Manager for what would be CMC's largest ever International turnkey program. This was a multi-vendor Systems Integration program for PTP, primed by CMC along with 7 other vendors like HP, Cisco and IFS. Reporting to the Business Head of P&C, who also played the role of CMC Program Manager, I was responsible for managing schedules, work breakdown structure, tracking and certifying deliverables and representing CMC in executive program office meetings across all capex programs.As the bid manager, I represented CMC at the Ports of Penang (Malaysia), Mumbai, Vizag, Kochi, Mangalore and Mormuagao apart from remotely working in bids for ports at Chennai, Kolkata and Gujarat (Mundra & Pipavav).

Sr. Executive - International Operations, Ports & Cargo Group

I joined Wipro from engineering campus in their Business Solutions Division in the Channel Management function. The product portfolio included PCs, laptops, servers and network equipment with brands like Genius, Super Genius and Landmark.I was responsible for quarterly revenue targets for Wipro's indirect channel network for the Kerala region. As part of my job, I met key clients, conducted regular sales reviews, evaluated & on-boarded new dealers, ran dealer development programs, managed warehouse inventory, executed channel marketing campaigns and conducted product/sales workshops for dealer sales teams. A major highlight was winning the largest single order for the dealer channel in the zone. This was for 60+ servers/deskops for a leading news corporation. For this success, I was given the best performer award for South region.
