Responsible for product, business, developer partnerships with a variety of global companies to engage and scale Netflix in the broader video ecosystem. Directly reported to Netflix's COO and CPO. Built partnerships and products with Google, Roku, Vizio, Sony, MediaTek, and others resulting in 1000+ successful device launches with Netflix. Resulted in growing the Netflix device ecosystem to over 100M Netflix-ready devices.

The end-to-end responsibility included product roadmap development, joint planning with OEM/ODM/SoC partners, and project execution leading a world-class partner management team. Frequent collaboration from strategy to GTM planning with CxO and exec level team members within Netflix and Partner teams.

Led Chromecast plus additional Google initiatives for Netflix to advance strategic collaboration between Google and Netflix to create a long term alliance built on relationships at all levels (including CEOs).

Established and grew the Netflix Remote Control Button program resulting in Netflix buttons launched on various device remote controls. These efforts enabled direct access to Netflix while increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, and user engagement.

Developed and optimized Netflix partnerships and product operations to streamline complex multi-company engagements to accelerate time to market while ensuring best-in-class quality of experience. Led the scope and creation of analytics and data visualization to gauge and analyze user engagement within the Netflix device universe.
