Benjamin Dickman is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience leading diverse technology projects, designing and testing new systems, and improving system architecture. One of his key specialties is data mining, predictive analytics, capacity planning, and system analysis. He has a strong track record of cross-functional team leadership, product development, and troubleshooting. Benjamin has studied MS, Operations Research at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and completed a Master's Degree in Data Mining from the Central Connecticut State University.

Before he joined Rockland Community College as an Assistant for Institutional Research, he worked as a Data Mining Consultant at AYIL Institute and Member of Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Labs, and Bell Laboratories. He has also served as a Senior Teaching Fellow at Polytechnic University in the past.

His goal is to work with colleges to help improve student retention and success rates by applying predictive analytics to student and program data. Benjamin has a strong grasp of applied mathematics, presentations, simulation, systems acquisition, systems integration, and project management.
