Neal Mathuran is a strategic marketer with over 10 years of experience in traditional, digital, social, programmatic, and product development. Mathuran is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing at L’Oreal's Carol’s Daughter brand, having overseen the exponential growth of the brand from an emerging brand to 20,000 retail doors. With profound experience under his belt, Mathuran has led both mass market and niche brands in consumer-packaged goods and beauty industry. Prior to his role at L’Oreal, he began his career in financial and asset management at Neuberger Berman Management (Lehman Brothers) and Gabelli Asset Management. Mathuran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Political Science from Tufts University, and later obtained his MBA in Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
