Steve Sramek is an accomplished Industrial Designer with a passion for creating innovative consumer and industry products. With years of experience designing home and office accessories, furniture, electronics, fitness equipment, sports gear, and toys, he has proven to be an expert in optimizing the function and appearance of consumer products. Steve has led various product design projects from concept generation to manufacturing, ensuring that each product incorporates aesthetics, ergonomics, usability, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.

Steve Sramek has managed and mentored many teams of product designers, engineers, model-makers, and graphic/packaging designers throughout his career. He has also initiated and implemented design department objectives and goals. Additionally, Steve managed product packaging design, including structural packaging design, die line production drawings, and package samples.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Artcenter College of Design, with a focus on Product Design, Transportation Design, Environmental Design, and Graphics/Packaging. He also studied general education, science, design, and music at Cabrillo College.

Currently, Steve Sramek is the Design Director of Industrial Design, Product Design, and Development at Axios Industrial Design. He was also the Lead Industrial Designer at Educational Insights, Senior Industrial Designer at Edge Industrial Design, and Senior Designer at Rubbermaid Office Products.
