Reporting directly to our COO, I oversee HyperloopTT's Supply Chain and Partner Management, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities,  as well as our Quality Assurance and Quality control processes. Moreover, I am in charge of the eRM activities and as interim I lead the corporate IT activities of the company.

I am responsible for the In-Service Operations and Maintenance Strategies for both Passenger and Freight Hyperloop Systems.

As acting Safety Lead, I am in charge of managing all safety-related activities of the company, such as creation of all relevant plans, procedures and documents, ensuring the performance of design reviews in the sense of risk and hazard assessments (together with Engineering Team), FMECA and TSA and elaboration of all relevant Safety Cases, etc. As such we ensure all necessary assurance activities to achieve a safe and secure Hyperloop product for our end customers.

I furthermore represent us in front of the European Commission (DG Move, S2R) and lead the standardization activities.

In Partnermanagement, I help to coordinate our technology partnership management team to strengthen the collaboration between operations and engineering in onboarding world-class Industrial Partners, usually in an equity-share model.

As responsible for all aspects of ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) I am responsible for:
-   RAMS - ensuring Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety of the product
-  planning & preparation of the In-service Support Phase and ensuring the availability of all required resources and deliverables,
-  working with the Engineering team to influence the design with regards to supportability aspects
-  Optimization of the In-Service phase with regards to Operations & Maintenance, while minimizing the Through-Life-Cost of the Hyperloop System
-   elaborating the Maintenance Strategy and working out related concepts (new maintenance technologies, documentation aspects, support for certification etc), and many more.
