Matt Eckstein, a successful engineering leader, has extensive experience in managing and leading teams, navigating change, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals. He has a Master's in Business Administration from New York University, specializing in Management of Technology and Strategy, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University. Matt has been involved in various reputable organizations, which include AWS, HOMER, ClassPass, charity: water, and CollegeHumor, among others. He currently holds the Head of Engineering position at AWS Data Exchange, where he manages a team that builds data exchange services to support AWS customers.
