Fiona Carpenter is a procurement solutions expert with extensive experience in developing, improving, and embedding new business processes in conjunction with the implementation of technology. Throughout her career, she has managed the implementation of several eSourcing and P2P solutions in multiple organizations, including Ariba, SAP, BravoSolutions, and Emptoris. Fiona also has detailed experience with spend and market analysis in support of strategic procurement, category, and supplier management.

She studied at the University of Central England, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Information Technology. Prior to her current role as Business Process Lead at Emirates, Fiona held several leadership positions, including Head of Business Intelligence at Bloom Procurement Services and Interim Source to Contract Lead at Cathay Pacific Airways.

In her former role as Director at Apsiz Services Ltd, Fiona played a pivotal role in building competence levels within teams and established on-going support functions.
