Erin Morris is a seasoned land use permitting and planning professional with a career spanning over 20 years. With her expertise in public policy, project management, and facilitation, Erin is a valuable addition to any team. She holds a degree in Regional Planning from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University. Erin has worked with prestigious organizations such as the City of Santa Rosa and the City of San Jose, where she managed development review planning, environmental review, and facilitated neighborhood improvement plans as a Strong Neighborhoods Initiative team member. Most recently, Erin served as the Planning and Code Enforcement Manager for the City of Napa. In her current role as Community Development Director at the City of Vacaville, Erin continues to build positive relationships with the public and foster a collaborative work environment. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching less experienced staff and helping facilitate public involvement in governmental decision making. In 2015, Erin obtained her AICP certification, a testament to her dedication to the planning profession.
