Ricardo Torres is an inventor, designer, and entrepreneur known for developing inclusive technology for people with disabilities. He holds a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Mechanical Electrical Engineering with specialization in process automation and optimization. With a decade of experience in biomechanics, Ricardo is recognized internationally as an expert in designing assistive devices for people with disabilities using 3D printing techniques. Moreover, he is a mentor in manufacturing, engineering design, innovation and entrepreneurship, and has taught in various universities with an innovative teaching approach. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Ricardo has been the recipient of several awards and recognitions, including the LIF fellowship (2019), the Kunan award (2018), and becoming a Peruvian Bicentennial candidate. He currently serves as CEO of PIXED S.A.C, leading the company's mission to develop accessible and inclusive technologies for people with disabilities.
