Melissa Gavin is a seasoned professional with a background in finance and executive search. She began her studies at Duxbury High School and went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Yale University. Following this, she continued her education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Gavin's professional career spans multiple industries, with experience in trading, sales, and finance. She previously worked as a US Flow Derivatives Sales Trader and Sales & Trading Summer Analyst at Nomura, alongside serving as an Associate at Ratio Advisors. Melissa currently holds the position of Principal at True Search, where she brings her extensive expertise in executive search to the team.
