Mark Uncapher is an experienced executive and lawyer who has dedicated his career to the telecommunications and technology industries. He holds a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University and a JD from New York Law School.

Uncapher has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including Executive Director at Fiber Optic Sensing Association, Director of Regulatory and Government Affairs at Telecommunications Industry Association, and Senior Vice President & Counsel at Information Technology Association of America. He also worked as Subcommittee Counsel for the Committee on Government Reform at the U.S. House of Representatives.

In addition to his career in telecommunications and technology, Uncapher has also worked as Director of Audit Services at the New York City Department of Homeless Services and as an executive at Park Communications.

Throughout his diverse professional experience, Uncapher has developed expertise in regulatory and government affairs, audit services, and legal practice. He is a skilled communicator and strategist, with a deep understanding of the telecommunications and technology industries.
