Solomon Hsiang

Solomon Hsiang is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background in Sustainable Development, Earth and Atmospheric Science, Urban Studies, and Planning.

He holds a PHD in Sustainable Development from Columbia University in the City of New York, a Bachelor of Science in Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Currently a Professional Professor at UC Berkeley, Solomon Hsiang has also held positions such as Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Princeton University.

His expertise includes Applied Econometrics, with previous experience as a Postdoc in Applied Econometrics at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
