Amy Mills is a highly accomplished Chief People Officer, with extensive professional experience in Human Resources and Compensation Consulting, with a particular focus on organizational and social psychology. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Kansas before going on to study a PhD program in Applied Experimental Psychology at Saint Louis University.

Mills has held several key positions throughout her career. She was the Vice President of Human Resources Allstate Personal Lines and HR Strategy at Allstate before transitioning into serving as the Integration Director/Strategic PMO of New Capital Strategy at the same company. She has also served as Director of Workforce Measurement & Special Projects at Allstate and in Senior Manager Executive Compensation Roles. Her experience prior to Allstate included work for ACNielsen (a VNU company) and Tribune Company.

Mills’ areas of expertise and skills include compensation consultation, organizational and social psychology, human resources, and executive leadership. She has led successful integration initiatives and provided strategic HR guidance to drive business objectives. She is highly respected within her field and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the private and public sectors.
