Dave Hearn is a dedicated and creative leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic military and non-profit contexts. As a co-founder and former director of international non-profit organization G42, Dave has trained over 150 leaders and raised over 4 million USD for charitable causes. He has also developed holistic approaches to mentoring and coaching youth, and specializes in program design and implementation for therapeutic outdoor programs. Additionally, Dave is experienced in community partnerships, business development, effective communication, strategic planning, board development, and fundraising. He studied Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and International Relations at Troy University. Currently, Dave serves as a Transportation Operations Management Area Manager at Amazon.
