He has dedicated his focus to provide training, tools, and knowledge transfer for organizations and individuals to understand and strategize to meet the disruptive operating environment they face, leveraging such change to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to generate sustainable value, with a keen interest in the rapidly emerging new economy brought on by COVID-19.

As a cancer survivor, Larry Quick is committed to squeezing every ounce out of life and is passionate about the science of disruptive change and strategies that people, leaders, and organizations use to leverage disruption to generate sustainable value. He originated the development of the Strategy in Action (SiA) framework, focusing on changing ahead of change within complex disruption, applied in many organizations, including Ericsson, IBM, GM, state, federal & local government, and universities.

Larry Quick hosts a podcast series called "Straight Talk in the COVID Economy" and a weekly video series called "Quick Thinking in the COVID Economy," outlining priorities for businesses to secure resilience in the continually emerging new economy. He has studied at Governor Stirling Senior High School, Belmont High School, and Rivervale Primary, in addition to being a former lecturer of Strategic Planning in Action at Edith Cowan University and adjunct of Strategy & Change Management at Mt Eliza Business School.
