Isabel Estalella

Isabel Estalella has over a decade of experience in leading admissions teams at IESE Business School - University of Navarra, having recently been appointed as the Head of the Master in Management (MiM) program starting in September 2019.

Her educational background includes a Grad. School degree in Marketing and Strategy from Harvard Business School, a Licenciatura in Business Administration from Universidad de Navarra, a Grad. School degree in Strategy from Boston University Graduate School of Management, and an EMBA in Business Administration from IESE Business School - University of Navarra.

Isabel's professional journey includes roles such as Executive Director for the MiM program, former Executive Director for the EMBA program, former Associate Director in Admissions for the Full-Time MBA program, former Associate Director in the Full-Time MBA program, and previous roles at UBS in the Controlling Department and Guadarte, SA in financial management and planning.

With a wealth of experience in admissions, program management, and financial planning, Isabel looks forward to the new challenge of leading the MiM program and exploring opportunities in a new market segment.
