Joy Belt is a versatile personality with multiple professional interests. She is the founder and director of JRB Art at The Elms, a renowned art gallery located in the historic Paseo Arts District of Oklahoma city. Along with her art venture, she also owns an Executive Search firm, Joy Reed Belt Search Consultants, Inc., that has been successfully conducting local, regional, and national searches in most major industries for the past 28 years.

Joy Belt holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma, where she also studied. Her experience includes serving as President at Joy Reed Belt Search Consultants, Inc. and Joy Reed Belt & Associates, Inc., besides being the Administrative Associate at the University of Oklahoma and the Program Development Director at the Oklahoma State Arts Council.
