Nassima Dzair is a multilingual global citizen and social entrepreneur dedicated to improving people's quality of life through positive social impact, social innovation, and sustainability.

She is the founder and manager of InterBridge, a social enterprise that focuses on developing the leadership skills of youth and women to foster a more inclusive and sustainable society.

Nassima Dzair has a diverse educational background, including a BA in Medicine, nearing completion of a double masters in Peace and Development studies.

With a rich background spanning healthcare, global health, leadership, social impact, and human rights, with a special emphasis on women and children's rights, gender, and minority perspectives, she has worked extensively in various leadership roles across nearly fifty countries with individuals from over a hundred and twenty nationalities.

Nassima Dzair is a public speaker, trainer, and moderator with expertise in bridging understanding and creating connections from local to global contexts and from individual to societal levels.

Her educational achievements include studying Gender and Peacebuilding at the UN University for Peace, Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution at the University of Innsbruck, and Medicine at the University of Oslo.

She has held key positions in organizations such as Founder and Managing Director at InterBridge AS, Think tank leader for Women Social Entrepreneurship at Women Sp3akers™, Change advocate at Unge Duer, and Executive Officer at Oslo kommune, among others.

Nassima Dzair's professional experience includes roles as a trainer for Healthcare Leadership Summer School, a Liaison Officer for Human Rights and Peace at the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations, and a Project Coordinator for Mobile Meds at the Norwegian Medical Student's Association, showcasing her commitment to healthcare, human rights, and social activism.

She has also engaged in various activities such as peer education on reproductive health and STDs, translation work, and project coordination in the healthcare sector, further underlining her dedication to social issues and community well-being.
