Jessica Hammond is a seasoned product strategist and researcher with a proven track record in SaaS, CMS, and CRM technologies. With a background in Data and Analytics, Jessica has honed her expertise in user engagement, retention, and Agile and Lean methodologies. She has held key product roles, including Head of Product and Senior Product Manager at Clockwork, where she drove significant value for the company. Prior to her work at Clockwork, Jessica served as Executive Director at The National Media Market, Director of Operations at The Video Project, and Director of Product Development at MediaHUB, LLC. Her unique skillset has also allowed her to serve as a Board Member at Justice Now and National Media Market. Jessica is an alum of UC Berkeley, where she studied Data Processing, and the Interaction Design Foundation, where she earned a certification in Human-Computer Interaction.
