As the Sales Director, my major responsibilities are

a.Define sales and marketing strategy to promote Company’s products, and assure it supports Company short-term and long-term business strategy ;
b.Develop sales tools and sales plan to accomplish the sales target;
c.Develop account management plan to maintain existing accounts;
d. Lead the sales team to execute sales plan and account management plan;
e.Persistently identify sales leads and frequently visit clients;
f. Supervise the sales team’s performance and coach their skills and knowledge;
g.Keep top-level relations with each account and lead the top-level negotiations of sales agreements;
h. Act as the focal point to ensure clients’ satisfaction of purchases and resolve concerns;
i.Prepare regular sales report to CEO with the marketing analysis and strategy plan.

Sales Director

Responsible for developing solid sales strategy, setting goals, and managing and coaching the sales team to achieve their own targets as well as company targets. Also need to ensure that the team fully understand company products, demographics and market positioning, and they can articulate those to the customers, and coaches them on how to actively listen to customer's needs and make the appropriate recommendations. Moreover, need to work closely with the Director of Operations to align the sales department with the company's goal (both in terms of development and revenue), sets goals for the sales department, and ensures that all energies are aligned to realize them.

Responsible for new account development, expanding existing accounts, contract preparation and execution, accounts payable collections, and maintaining close relationships with key contacts of different territories, including hotel, airlines, real estate, international education and health clinics.
