Brian Schwartz is a data-driven leader with years of experience in building and scaling sales and marketing operations for fast-paced startups and growth companies. With a background in international business and an MBA in Data Analytics from Northeastern University, he brings a unique global perspective to his work, having worked both in Europe and within ASEAN. Currently, he is supporting growth at NextRoll, focusing on global sales and marketing operations for the AdRoll business unit.
His expertise lies in sales and marketing Ops alignment, sales productivity, lead routing, standardizing company data and metrics, and building out and managing RevOps tech stacks. Some of the tools he is adept with include Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), Marketo, LeanData, DocuSign, Drift, ZoomInfo (DiscoverOrg & RainKing), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, Gainsight, InsightSquared, and Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics).
In addition to his work in the corporate world, Brian's personal interests include traveling, running marathons, and riding a unicycle. He has traveled to over 35 countries and completed the Dublin Marathon in 2012. He is also affiliated with various organizations like NextRoll, Venture For America, ZeroFOX, Bluewolf, and more.
