Barry Koeman, a 32-year-old self-taught Product Owner, Generalist, Business Process Automation Expert, and UX enthusiast, has built an impressive professional background for himself. With over eight years of experience, he has gained significant expertise in product ownership, business development, automation, and user experience. Barry has worked on a range of human resource, business process, and administration-based applications for inspiring organizations, such as Talpa, Harver, Nmbrs, Rodeo, Ziggo, Deloitte, and several Dutch Ministries.

Barry's most significant achievements include a full rebuild of Rodeo's web app within nine months with an Indian scrum team. He also implemented and integrated sales and marketing applications for a fully automated sales funnel while creating feature concepts and strategies for planning and budgeting in Rodeo. Additionally, he made Rodeo's app and internal processes compatible with the US market. Besides, he created two crucial future features for a fully automated recruitment process at Harver, formulated and launched a new product, Nmbrs HR, responsible for its development, sales, training/support.
