Chris Taylor is an accomplished international executive with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, including aviation, manufacturing, telecoms, and consulting. He has a track record of creating top-line and bottom-line value through driving business value from digital transformation, worldwide and regional operations, off-shore and on-shore outsourcing, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, cost reduction and simplification, mergers and acquisition, disaster recovery, empowered organization, enterprise risk management, commercial negotiation, partnership building, cyber security, open big data platforms and analytics, agile at scale, among others. His particular strengths lie in large digital transformation programs with a strong culture change component, communicating technology opportunities and cybersecurity at board level, trans-national organizations, and teams.
