Paul Stockman is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer with expertise in complex energy, environmental, and insurance recovery disputes. He has represented multinational corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals in his diverse practice. A partner at KMCL Law (Kazmarek Mowrey Cloud Laseter LLP), Paul has extensive experience in environmental regulatory and tort litigation, oil and gas litigation, insurance coverage litigation for policyholders, and complex trial and appellate litigation.
Paul obtained his AB magna cum laude with highest honors in History from Harvard University and studied law at the University of Virginia School of Law. He was previously a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP and K&L Gates LLP and served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. E. A. Van Graafeiland at the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Paul has also held leadership positions in nonprofit organizations, including as Treasurer at AIR Serenbe and as President of the Board of Directors at Chatham Baroque, Inc.
