Joel Fetter is an accomplished expert in creating and managing public-private collaborations in the field of advanced energy technologies. He studied international affairs at the University of Colorado at Boulder and went on to pursue his Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on Business-Government Relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Fetter has held numerous high-profile positions in his career, including Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Manager of Federal Relations at U.S. Clean Heat & Power Association, Associate at Raab Associates Inc. and Head of Department of Social Sciences at College Beau Soleil.
