Usama Malik is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various industries, including telecoms, high-tech, and healthcare. He has served as a Chief Executive, Chief Financial, Chief Business, Chief Strategy, and Chief Innovation Officer for public and private companies, and has held several board positions over time. Additionally, he has remained active in the non-profit and civil society sectors for over 30 years, providing strategic advice and launching new initiatives across health, wellness, women's and children's rights and advancement, disaster relief, and refugee services.

Usama was born in Nigeria-Pakistan and moved to the US at the age of 15. He studied Electrical Engineering with a minor in Math and Philosophy at the University of Maryland at College Park. He later pursued a Graduate coursework in Computer Science and Information Management at The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at INSEAD.

Usama has created, built, and scaled numerous businesses, including those that became pillars of the modern world, and those that saved countless lives. He has led organizational transformations, raised and deployed billions in capital, and conducted the largest M&A and partnership transactions in the industry.
