Boris Pluskowski is the Head of New Ventures at Silicon Valley Bank, responsible for developing non-core banking platform extensions and incubating new startups that leverage the bank's core growth platform. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, enterprise innovation, and startups, he has held key roles in firms such as PwC, Spigit, Mindjet, and RocketSpace, among others. Boris has been a mentor, advisor, and board member of several startups and accelerator programs, demonstrating his passion for developing the next generation of entrepreneurs. He is also a co-author of "A Guide to Open Innovation and Crowd Sourcing." Boris holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a BSc in Geology and Management from Imperial College London.
