Chris Plaue is a seasoned user-centered design expert, specializing in user interface design, computer-supportive cooperative work, and information visualization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bucknell University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science - Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology. With extensive experience in multiple evaluation techniques and prototyping skills, Chris can develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
As a former Graduate Research Assistant and intern at Steelcase Inc., Chris worked on Workspace Futures, a project focusing on office spaces' future design. He served as a Course Instructor and taught various courses in computing at Georgia Tech. Additionally, he was a lecturer and taught Introduction to Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Georgia.
Currently, Chris Plaue is a Senior Lecturer and Undergraduate Coordinator at Clemson University. He is committed to helping students make informed career choices while fostering hands-on learning experiences.
