Her educational journey includes a JD in Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and BS/BA degrees in Economics and International Relations from The Ohio State University.

Faye has honed her skills through various roles in top-tier organizations such as Strive Consulting, Eliassen Group, Annalect, Insight, CareWorks Technologies, and more, where she has held positions ranging from Agile Coach to Director of Marketing.

With a solid foundation in management consulting, Faye has excelled in roles like Sr. Management Consultant, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, and Director of Technical Business Operations.

Known for her inquisitive nature and love for reading, Faye Thompson is also a Wine Lover, Dog Mom, and a staunch advocate for voluntarism. She goes by the pronouns She/Her and is actively engaged in the #CBJ and #HugAssumption communities.
