John Klein is a healthcare industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in healthcare payer and healthcare IT. He has an extensive background in Medicare and Medicaid health plans, providing consultation, audit, and management support to multiple Blues Association and other HMO health plans. He has expertise in CMS Medicare Quality Bonus Program (Stars), New York Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR), Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) Plan applications, CMS Part C & D Reporting Requirements Data Validation audits, and Medicaid Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and Comprehensive Needs Assessments (CNA) processes.
