Teemu Haila is a seasoned gaming industry expert with a passion for innovating and connecting people. Haila's expertise includes game development, mobile gaming, product management, entrepreneurship, and teaching. He is recognized for founding and leading several notable organizations, including PlayRaven (acquired by Rovio in 2018) and Metaplay Inc. Additionally, he has received lifetime achievement recognition from IGDA Finland for contributions to game development in Finland. Haila studied Interactive Design at Tampereen Ammattikorkeakoulu and Games Development at the University of Abertay Dundee. As a hacker, facilitator, and connector, Haila has built several online gaming communities, established the first game development club in Finland, and nurtured several non-profit organizations.
