Zach's journey began with his role as a Web & iPhone Developer at Neutron Interactive, honing his skills in app development and web interfaces. He then co-founded Teem, an enterprise workplace platform, where he served as CTO and later as Chief of Workplace Experience. Zach played a crucial role in managing the complete lifecycle of Teem, from prototyping and design to coding and customer support. He even recruited and managed an engineering team, working closely with the CEO during the company's fundraising stages.

During his tenure at Teem, Zach developed long-lasting relationships with clients and demonstrated excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. He also deployed and managed web servers for web applications and service layers, showcasing his expertise in server management.

Zach's passion for product development led him to his most recent position as Senior Director of Product at WeWork. In this role, he continued to leverage his skills in managing products and fostering innovation. Additionally, Zach has pursued his love for yoga and became a certified yoga instructor through Scholé Yoga.
