Mike Postma is a talented and experienced management professional who has worked across diverse industries including private businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits. With a degree in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University and a Global Career Development Facilitator Certification, he has mastered employment postings, organizational communications, travel planning, employee mentoring, and customer service. He is passionate about connecting organizations with people and has achieved that by serving as an Employer Outreach Coordinator & Career Planner at Workforce Development, Inc. Prior to that, Mike contributed to the City of Austin, Minnesota, as an Austin City Council Member, and as a District Operations Manager at Sorenson Communications. He started his career as a Human Resource Intern at Second To None, Inc. and rapidly progressed to become a Production Supervisor at Hormel Foods. Mike is also interested in photography and loves traveling to new places to capture precious moments.
