Brian Norris is a civil engineering expert with over 38 years of experience in the road and bridge design, construction, and maintenance industry in Western Australia. He spent a considerable amount of his career (over 33 years) at Main Roads before taking up senior positions at Downer Group, WSP, and Georgiou. He is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and Chartered Engineer (CPEng, EngExec) with significant expertise in project and contract management, negotiation, and delivery of successful projects. As Regional Manager for Pilbara and Great Southern Regions and as Project Director for Main Roads, Brian has massive experience delivering major projects, including construct-only, design-and-construct, and alliance contracts.
