Abby Hamilton is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience in recruiting and HR. She is an expert in talent development, DEI, cultural transformation, leadership alignment, and data-driven decision making. Abby has worked with talented leaders in adtech and pharmaceuticals/medical devices, and is passionate about all talent challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Abby currently serves as the Chief People Officer at LiveIntent, Inc., where she leads teams to create innovative talent programs with a digital-first mindset. She also partners with leaders throughout the business to encourage employees to bring their best selves to work. Earlier in her career, Abby held senior leadership roles at Undertone, Warner Chilcott, and Johnson & Johnson.
