Meet Philipp Parker, an experienced professional in Global HR and Talent Acquisition. In his role, Parker was responsible for developing internal and external succession pipelines, implementing systematic Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding strategies.

Prior to Munich Re, he worked as a Manager at Sperling & Star and held various roles at Funds Partnership, including Principal Consultant (Team Lead) and Consultant.
